It fits!

Today there was not a lot on the agenda to do. I have the whole week free as work has not planned me in to do any work so I have spread the things I need done over the whole week so there is only 1 or 2 small things to do a day. Today all I had to do was take some papers to the lawyer. While I was out I decided also to go for a small drive and went to a shop that is quiet a drive but what the heck, I wanted to be out of the house.
My friend and I hit the shop and spent a whopping $8, we had a great time looking at all the Christmas displays and wondering how we will decorate the house this year. I am a really big fan of Christmas, some say I go somewhat overboard.
After the shopping the idea was to go home but my friend said he wanted to hit the IKEA, so another 10 minutes driving and we arrived at IKEA. The plan was not to buy anything but I ended up walking out with a bunk bed! All well and fine you my think but my car is very very small, when I say small a mini cooper is bigger the my car and here I am sitting there with a bunk bed. I got my friend to fold back the seats and make as much room as possible. We had people walking past laughing, some even stopped and watched and they were amazed when they seen the package with the bunk bed slide in no problem!
I closed the back of the car jumped in and drove off, as we drove off we laughed so hard as people still stood there in shock that we could fit this huge package in the car. We got home and it was harder to get the bed out of the car then it took to get in. The bed is now safe in the hall and waiting until it is needed upstairs, so by the weekend.
