Seeing all the things that have been happening lately I have let a lot of things slip, cleaning and fitness have been right on the bottom of the list, actually the only thing on my list has been " try to keep my sanity"
While I was in the city the other day I was handed some fitness business cards and it hit me how I have let myself go and that made me really upset. For months I have been active and slowly losing weight (I do have a lot to lose) and the last 5 weeks I have done nothing due to all the personal and family things happening.
When the man of the house come home a week ago you could also see he enjoyed his time away and the food from a different culture as he has put on over 8kg (over 16lbs) You can not really see it on him as he is so tall and a little belly on him is so cute!
He is complaining he needs to lose the weight, I am upset i have put weight back on and then someone handing up as fitness business card in the city, it is all a hint, I have to get things back on track, not only my fitness but life in general.
I am not waiting till 2011 to make it a plan for next year, I need to take action and it will start, tomorrow? ok it will start today!
