ohh my head

**shakes the bottle of headache tablets**
Errr they are finished! but this morning they were full!!!
Today my head has been killing me, throbbing, pounding, someone has had a sledge hammer and been hitting me with it all day!
This headache must have come from stress and emotions as today it was a very emotional day, I was mad, confused, I cried, I laughed and I confronted something today that has been affecting me for over 15years, wow 15 years of having a problem and not confronting it!
Well maybe in a different blog I tell you what it is, today I have had to handle a lot and my emotions are all over the place so I will just let my head rest and try not to even think of what is happening in my head and heart right now as it is a total mess.... rest rest and where is that other bottle of pain killers ????
