The rest day

Ahh I am feeling my muscles still a little today I must have really worked out well on Wednesday to still be feeling it now, well no pain no gain and fingers crossed tomorrow I get to start training again, go jogging in the forest, walking around the streets and getting some of these kilos off, I want to lose them and if any of you happen to find them KEEP THEM OK ??? it is a gift no need to return it to me!!!
So again tomorrow down to it woo hoo !!!!!
Fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, fresh air and, new body sounds darn right good to me!
