The "piggy" I am ?

After looking at the heading of the last post I can't believe what I am about to have a good old whine about...Yes My weight.
The last 3 weeks have been so hot, I have also been more relaxed and energetic at the same time , I have ate well a lot of "good" things, salads, fruit, vegetables and the right meats, also been drinking the recommended daily intake of water , sometimes more, so why the HECK have I put on 3kg over the last 18 days ? That's 6.6lbs people ! I have been moving more, sweating more, walking loads compared to my depressed couch potato mindset and daily "routine"
Any advice and fitness trainers want to take on a challenge they will never forget?

I think what you need is a shopping marathon in the city with your best friend! Mass quantities of shopping paired with lots of walking in and out of shoppes and the occasional cuppa coffee at the cafe...it's a guaranteed weight loss plan!

so I am presuming that this best friend is you ? the shopping city is, say, Maastricht, Amsterdam and other big dutch cities and the only problem we have is getting you here right?
So now I have my next post the "I'll do (just about) anything to get Jill here fundraiser

Tell me about it. I've walked, sweated.. and walked/cycled more miles than the Marathon for 3 days a week for the past 3 weeks. I'm STILL the same weight! ARGHH. I even put on a kilo
