Seasons change

Well there is no stopping it, the cold weather is here and it is time to bring in the outdoor chairs, the table, also to cover the plants and prepare the pond for the oncoming winter.
It was a very mild summer and right now I am very jelous of my boyfriend and he is still sitting outside in the sun, lapping up the suns rays and sipping on ice tea!
He is on the other side of the world for a vacation and he rubs it in just about daily in an email telling me how the weather is so lovely and warm and here I am freezing body parts off!
It is only a matter of time before he is home (17 days actually) and then I will make him pay! I will get him to finish the garden and bring all the heavy things in.
I love him dearly but he is just being plain mean, there better be a lot of gifts to make up for all the mean-ness.
Now enough of that and back to the topic, if there ever was a topic. So I have got most of the things inside and I really miss sitting outside in the sun, but I have replaced the outside chairs and tables with the winter bird houses and put out seed for the animals so soon enough I will be able to watch all the wild life through the window from the confort of my armchair, my nice warm armchair.
