I was talking to a friend a few weeks ago how I need to get my big behind back to the gym as I am stacking on the weight. There are a few things standing in my way of doing that, one is money and 2 is money and 3 is my back.
I also started a new job recently, which my doctor has kicked my arse over because it is not good for my back and my physio was also standing in line to kick me but what can you do when you have no income and bills coimng in? So anyways off to work I went and oh my goodness!!!! I do not need the gym anymore, I am working with older people in the community and they have thier heaters on FULL blast all day long, I walk in the door and I am sweating so there is an added bonus to doing the work I am not allowed to do, I lose weight and in the long run that has to be good for my back!
