Sleep
As I have been unable to sleep the last few weeks anymore then 4 hours a night I decided to remind myself what sleep was, so I clicked my way over to wiki and I was reminded what it was after reading the first line "Sleep is a naturally recurring altered state of consciousness with relatively suspended sensory and motor activity." oh yes sleep, I want it, I miss it and for the life of me I do not know why I can not sleep. I am going to bed early as I am totally knackered, I am having my warm chocolate milk before I go to bed or my herbal tea and then it happens, I look at the ceiling for hours and hours on end. The other night it was 4am and I still could not sleep so I got out of bed and started cleaning, at 6am I was so tired I feel asleep but then I was awake at 8am, I am sure if I do not get a good nights sleep soon I will be heading for a physical burn out!
