Paint or replace?

It is everyones dream to own a house, well most peoples dream that I know. When owning a house many people forget the little details that end up costing a fortune, for example this year I have to sand and paint all my outside windows and doors. The weather is due to stay clear with no rain so it looks like now would be the best time to start on it, but my goodness I really do not feel like it.
I am not looking forward to all the dust and paint all over the place! I am thinking of just calling windows replacement San Antonio and get all the wooden frames and windows replaces with aluminum frames and then there will be no more painting EVER!!!
Right now if there is even a little wind you can clearly hear the windows shaking and it is only single glass so it is very bad in the winter when trying to warm the house, or summer to cool the house. There are so many plus sides to getting the windows replaced I do not even know why I have not done it yet! So do I go and get sandpaper and paint? or just call up the company to get a quote and book a time for them to replace my windows?
