Silence

Today I had a sleep in. I am sure you are all asking how that happened seeing I have three kids? Well it is easy, my daughter is at her fathers and the step kids are at thier mothers. It is now time for me to sit back and relax and enjoy my time alone, do not get me wrong I love and miss the kids but there also comes a time when there has to be a me time!
I have been on long quiet walks in the forest, it is a lot different as usually there are kids running around and screaming "look look, look at this" or "wow what a cool insect" the usal kid things. I have actually finished a book! I have been reading it for a few weeks/months now and iti s finished, I have been able to sit in the sun and read! Wow this is all new to me, though I am not sure I can get use to it, I miss the kids :(
