Physical Therapy!

Today when I was paying at the gas station I dropped my agenda and all my papers fell out of it, no big deal but then I seen my appointment card for my physio, my goodness it has been over a year I have been going there.

I hurt my back at work some years ago but stupid me I kept on working and now I have really don some damage, I know I am stupid, people tell me that all the time.

I do not know if anyone else does this but when I know I need something, like a therapist I look for the best and it can be anywhere in the world (this is the world wide web you know) I found an Austin Physical Therapist that really impressed me so I know where I am heading if I ever need one when in that area.

With everything I have been through in the last years I would never wish back pain on anyone, I have never felt such pain and a constant pain. Please listen to me what I say, take care of your back, it is the only one you have got and it is not that easy to get it right once you have damaged it.
