Can't move!

Yesterday there was a lot of work done in the house and as a result of that I can hardly move today. The last two months I have been going to a bone cracker and physiotherapy, there are certain "rules" I have to follow and exercises I have to do, the exercises are no problem but following the rules, that is the hard part.
I am not allowed to wear any heels at all, because of that rule I had to go out and buy some flat shoes, I do not own any flat shoes only a cupboard with about 80 stilettos over 10cm high. I am not allowed to raise my arms above my head, only to get dressed, wash my hair and brush my hair anything else is a no no, things such as dusting, hanging cloths, painting (which I was doing a lot of) and so on. I am also not allowed to vacuum or mop floors or even iron, that is easy done I have now hired a house cleaner.
So why can't I move today? because I broke every rule I was given! They say rules are made to be broken well I can tell you now I will not be breaking these rules again for a long long long time!
