Starting next week I am back at the gym, life has been a total arse to me and I have so get out of my "ewww" feeling. Last year when I was at the gym I loved it, I truthfully do not like going alone there but put some good music on the iPod and ready to go.
This week I have started walking again and eating more healthy because as we all know we can sometimes get off track without even knowing it.
So here is the plan, next week back to the gym and by September I will be ready for the marathon and in October the 60km walk for breast cancer! Wish me luck!
