So it started again today and it is was long time coming, I went back to the gym today and it was the first time in 3-4weeks and man did it feel good!
I went on the bike for a while, on the cross trainer and made sure on that alone I was burning my whole days calories!
After that I went and done the weight routine that my personal trainer had given me some weeks back, I was very surprised that I was still able to do it! I seriously thought I would have to lower the weights by a little but no, not at all!!! I am seriously amazed, but yes naturally there is a downside.
So the weights felt light and well the cardio oh my goodness it was not good, well the speed was, it felt really easy though the problem I seen was in my heart rate, it was sky rocketing, I have noticed the last 2 or so weeks I have been a lot more stressed as I have also been getting my chest pains back, it should be ok soon, back to the gym, kilos keep falling off and 2008 the year of me being happy and healthy!!!
