GREAT START!!!!

So over the last few weeks I have been bad, really I have, let me tell you how bad.
1, The gym was closed for 2 weeks during the day so I could not go
2, I have eaten everything in reach as it is that time of the year (my excuse)
3, Even when the gym was open I have not been for weeks! (think 3 close to 4 weeks not)
4, DRINKING OMG Have I been drinking, wine, spirits, tea, coffee, wine, wine and I said wine right?
5, Not sleeping anymore then 3-5hours a night
6, Not taking my vitamins or anything else
7, When awake not knowing what exercise is.
I am sure there is more I have been doing wrong so why is it a great start? because I will lost weight!!!!!
I will keep you informed next week how thing will be off to a flying start as Friday I go back to the gym as everything has now calmed down.
