oh yes here I am sitting here, dripping with sweat!!!
I just spent 3 hours at the gym, yes 3 hours, ok that is not to new for me I move so slow walking from machine to machine trying to avoid what is coming up **chuckles** no really I get there and get to it but today I really kicked myself in the arse and got to it, I done the main muscle groups, legs, back, abs, then I hit the cardio, I got on the cross trainer for an hour and it felt GOOD, well think it did as after an hour I could not feel my legs anymore lol... I got my heart rate nice and high, went full out for a minute then took a rest, slower speed, then again full out for another minute then lowered my heart rate again, darn I well sweat my arse off!!!! oh and also on the rowing machine and the bike, wow i feel good, who is coming to wash my back ? LOL
