Today is Wednesday, as you all know..
Well Wednesday is Personal Trainer day. Last week after my workout I could still feel my muscles till Sunday, the pain to even stand, wow I felt my leg muscles, to laugh, ohh my stomach muscles, well I got back on track Monday with loads of water drinking, eating well and.. oh my AND jogging at 7 every morning!!! oh yes every morning with the exception of Wednesday because **points up** its gym day,! personal trainer day!!!
Today I work out the legs again. the arms and the chest, so needless to say tomorrow all my body parts will feel like they are falling off.
Tomorrow I am also starting on ALL the instructions I was given today, I was given a food plan and I will stick to it to the letter! My PT told me that there is no need to be soooooo strict on it, he has given many different substitutes if I do not like the things he has offered, when I asked him what was best he said the original plan, so guess what ?? that is what I do, so this week till next Wednesday I plan on sticking to it to the letter and I should easily drop 2kg this next coming week.

You girls are so lucky with those lovely features that they have on those rollercoasters! THAT is why I never go in them, really...!
