Holding it in

Sometimes I get something in my head and just can't let it go!

Over the last few years I have had many ideas for a business, stupid me I have told people and they have had the financial backing unlike me who has 2 cents to her name, they have made the business work and now have no money problems.
This idea I am holding it in, there are only a selected few I have told about my idea and that is how it will stay. It is not that I want to me a millionaire as nice as it sounds but I would like to have the feeling of not hiding behind the sofa everytime the doorbell goes wondering if they are collecting money for a debt.
Anyways back to me holding it in, I have had the same idea coming back to me time after time I try to write a business plan but I do not know that to say, what to write and well frankly I do not have the money to pay someone to sit down and talk to me over my idea and to write me a business plan.
Any ideas ?
