It seems that the last few blogs have mentioned how many steps I have done, so this one should not be any different.
Today it was not raining thank goodness but I had totally no energy to go for a walk after work, I worked really hard again today so lets hope it makes up for the missing steps I have done today.
A total of 6315 steps today, today I dragged Hugo and Richard along with me, mapping out our walk before leaving it seemed we where only going for a walk to get an ice cream, ok it was close to 2km away but I am guessing the walk only burnt off the soft serve ice cream we ate on the way.
Maybe tomorrow I get on my exercise bike and lift a few very light weight, Yes to many I seem to be doing a few things wrong here like eating ice cream but I have lowered my portions I eat and added a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.
My train of thought is, lower the intake of food try to steer away from sugars and up the amount I move. I would not be able to go cold turkey so then I don't get cravings and feel I am denying myself because I know I would turn back to old habits and get depressed about feeling fat, anyways this is enough of a blog or I might get to deep.
