C grade higher then A ?

Well it is over and done with now, can't change a thing, I am finished my exams!
I do know I have 3 C's and yet to get the results from my last exam, When the teacher told me I had a C grade I freaked out, I thought they got my paper messed up with someone else's, It was not til the teacher asked why was I worried it is the highest mark you can get.
HUH??? C grade is higher then an A ??
An "A" is a fail? What backwards country am I in ?
Anyways thus far I have passed only 1 more result and I get it on Tuesday.
You know it got me thinking about the country being backwards and I started to get really worried as today I had the dentist and I needed 1, yes 1 root canal, how backwards is my dentist? My mind was running wild, We let me tell you, he is also backwards, 3 root canals done.
Tomorrow I might try and walk into the bank and ask for 50,000 euro and see if they are backwards and multiply it by 3 and I walk out with 150,000 at least then I can pay for the dentist bill !!!
