Indefinite injustice

Finally 2 sunny days in a row, time to get the short pants on and try to get my white chicken legs tanned! Friday I was wearing a lovely skirt and a short sleeved top, smart yet sexy seeing at 9am I had to leave home to drive to Belgium and it was already hot. I had to go to court today because my ex husband is an arse, no suprise there. I have been going to court now for 5 and a half years because my ex want to stress me out, hurt me and just prove he is an arse.
He has been trying to get custody of our daughter for all that time. Our daughter has been living with me but going to the daycare and school of the courts choice. Our daughter was in a "childcare house" for some time living there, sleeping there and going to school there due to the fact that a few years ago I did not even have right to my own child because the Belgian law stated that even a parent has no right to thier own child if the child was Belgian and the parent was of different naionality.
The whole country is backwards. Anyways, right now my daughter is living with her father even though there are reports from the child protection and social services saying that the father has no clue how to raise a child and they are very worried about her well being while with him, but alas the judge in appeal court seems to dislike The Netherlands. It's a Dutch - Belgium thing, they all seem to hate eachother and here I am stuck in the middle. Ok I have no problem being in the middle but when it affects my child it pisses me off! Hurt me, make my hair turn grey but DO NOT involve an innocent child!
Her father REFUSED out right and also told her he will not visit her while she is living with me, the arse said this to a (then) 6 year old child. So he only had phone contact for 10 months, in this time I travelled close to his town (2.5 hours away for me) called him and said we where there and if he wanted to see his daughter. His answer: NO you come here. He could not even drive 5 minutes to see his daughter, I could not drive to him because it was over the border and if I did cross the border I had a high chance of getting arrested.
He has tried to trap me by inviting me to "appointments" to do with our daughter or divorce not knowing that he has actually put in a report to the courts and police saying I am trying to kidnap our daughter from him! I just don't know waht to say anymore. The guy, the country is backwards, child protection begging for the child to not be with him but because the judge has something against me they rule against a 6 month investigation and report from protective services. We have no idea what the judge has against me but everyone sees it and feels it when the judge addresses me and it is bluntly obvious in the rulings. So what do I do now while being treated like a criminal when I have done nothing but protect my child from all this mess? I can't do anything, nothing at all, not even when she calls me crying because her grandmother has hit her. I called th police, I called child services, their answers: Sorry you can not do anything because the father has temporary custody, yes she is living with the grandmother and the father only sees her on wekeends when he is not working.
